Our garden design service begins with a short questionnaire to understand your vision, followed by an initial consultation where we visit your garden to assess its potential and discuss ideas. Based in Ayrshire, we welcome projects of all sizes. Consultation fees vary based on location and project complexity, agreed upon in advance. There’s no obligation to proceed, and if you choose to continue, we’ll provide a clear estimate before moving forward.

Design process
Phase 1 – Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a visit to your garden to discuss your goals, style preferences, and any specific features you’d like to include. This initial consultation helps us understand your vision and allows us to assess how to best bring it to life.
Phase 2 – Site Analysis
Following the consultation, we conduct a thorough site analysis, evaluating the layout, soil, light levels, and existing features. If necessary, we may recommend a topographical survey to provide precise measurements, ensuring the design aligns with your garden’s unique characteristics.
Phase 3 – Concept Plans
After the site analysis, we’ll develop 2D and 3D concept plans, along with initial sketches and ideas, to explore your garden’s potential. This phase includes mood boards, layout options, and proposed features, giving you a clear sense of the overall design direction.
Phase 4 – Detailed Plans
Based on your feedback, we’ll refine the concept into a comprehensive design plan. This includes scaled drawings, planting schemes, and detailed recommendations for materials and features.
Phase 5 – Implementation and support
When it’s time to bring your garden design to life, we can help you find the right contractors for any hard landscaping work. We’ll also assist with sourcing plants and take care of the planting phases to ensure everything aligns perfectly with the design vision.
